During our high census months (from October to May), The NCH Healthcare System offers a Seasonal Employment Program to assist our core staff members with the increased numbers of patients visiting our facilities.
We offer the following incentives and benefits to our Seasonal Staff members:
Seasonal Agreement 6-9 months: Eligible for Health & Dental Benefits, Completion Bonus and Housing (Housing Stipend provided if NCH Healthcare System Housing is unavailable).
Seasonal Agreement less than 6 months: Not eligible for Health and Dental benefits. Eligible for Completion bonus or Housing (Housing Stipend provided if NCH Healthcare System Housing is unavailable).
