Do you participate with my insurance?
We participate with most insurance plans, except Medicaid and some out of state HMO’s. Payment Plans are available for surgical procedures if needed.
Do I have to pay at the time of service?
Yes, payment is due at the time of service. If you do not have any insurance you will be expected to pay something at the time of your appointment. Self-Pay patients are offered a 50% discount if payment is paid at the time of service. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash and checks are accepted for payment. And again, payment plans are available if surgery is required.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance cards, a photo ID, and a list of medications (if any). Patients are asked to come in a half hour before their appointment to fill out paperwork. For your convenience we have created a link for you to download the new patient packet from this website. If you would like to complete the paperwork prior to your appointment, please make sure you bring it with you t o your appointment and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
Is anyone in the office bi-lingual?
No. Please make arrangements to bring someone with you over the age of 18 to translate for you if you do not speak English.
What are your office hours?
Both offices are open from 9-5, Monday – Friday and are closed from 12-1 for lunch. If you require anything after office hours the answering service is available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
How long will my appointment take?
You should expect to spend about an hour with us.
When I make my appointment to see the doctor is that for my surgery?
No, your first appointment with the doctor is for a consultation only. You will be contacted within 7-10 days with a date for non-emergent surgical procedures.
Where will my surgery take place?
In Naples, we are fortunate to have many excellent surgical facilities. Our doctors operate at all four hospitals in the Naples area as well as the Naples Day Surgery outpatient surgical centers. If you have a preference, please let the receptionist know when scheduling your appointment.
