The Bonita Community Health Center was established as a partnership between two of the most experienced and respected names in Southwest Florida health care: Lee Memorial Health System and NCH Healthcare System (Naples Community Hospital). As a result, the facility is a comprehensive diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and surgical center specifically designed with our patients' care and comfort in mind.
