Paul Slack

Paul is an NCH Health Coach for Community Health Partner's new Advocacy program. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University. Most recently he has spent 3 years with the Community Blood Center, an NCH affiliate. Paul has enjoyed participating and learning about the fitness aspect of life and is eager to share his passion of fitness and healthy living. He and his wife are enjoying their time in SWFL and have been residents here for 4 years.
Patti Butler

Patti Butler, RN is a Health Coach for NCH. With thirty years experience in the healthcare field, Patti’s career includes school health, homecare, geriatric care management, hospice care, and health education in the community. She advocates healthy lifestyles, wellness and disease management to all populations. A native of Maine, she has lived in Collier County for 21 years. She has three daughters, a grand-daughter, Camdyn and a grandson, Christopher, the joys of her life! Patti enjoys Jazzercise, dancing and traveling.

The NCH Healthcare System is a not-for-profit, multi-facility healthcare system located in Naples, Florida, United States. The System is more than just two hospitals (referred to as the NCH Downtown Naples Hospital, and NCH North Naples Hospital) with a total of 715 beds. The NCH Healthcare System is an alliance of 650 physicians and medical facilities in dozens of locations throughout Collier County and southwest Florida. The services offered by the NCH Healthcare System are extensive. Inpatient services include: medical, surgical, cardiac, orthopedic, obstetric, pediatric, rehabilitative, psychiatric, oncology, emergency treatment, and diagnostics. Outpatient services include: rehabilitation, home care, walk-in centers, wound healing, and more. This year the system had 37,284 admissions, 87,100 emergency room visits, 3,033 births, 416 open heart surgeries, 11,282 surgical procedures, and 3,000 employee colleagues. NCH is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
