Meet our Team

Dr. Annie Morrissey

Dr. Annie Morrissey is Board Certified in endocrinology.  She earned her medical degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.  She completed her internal medicine residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and her endocrinology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.  Prior to NCH she practiced in Columbia, TN.  She is a member of the American Diabetes Association, Endocrine Society, and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists

Dr. Morrissey is originally from West Des Moines, Iowa.  Together with her husband, she enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with their Boston terrier.

Janis King, ARNP

Janis King graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse in medical-surgical nursing and critical care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida State University in 2013 and has since been working in Endocrinology following graduation.  Janis is bilingual and fluent in the Spanish language as well.

Janis is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Janis lives in North Naples with her husband, Sam, and their Boston terrier, Leila. In her free time, Janis enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach and traveling.
