Home health aides:
Personal assistance maybe required to perform activities of daily living; light housekeeping, client laundry, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, assisting with ambulation, or assisting the client’s permanent caregiver while providing respite care for family members. Our caregivers can also provide services after surgery, long term illness or in conjunction with hospice services. Well-child or sick-child care is available, as well.
You may require the assistance of a licensed practical nurse or a registered nurse for medication administration, medications set into a pill box, dressing changes or wound care, injections, gastric tube feedings or case management. All nurses are directed by a licensed physician by a Plan of Care and Treatment Orders.
We offer clients candidates who have been carefully screened to help ensure you select only the best, most qualified caregivers. Our state of the art matching system helps make sure each caregiver is an experienced professional, motivated to provide excellent care. Community Home Care will provide experienced, rigorously screened professional nurses or home health aides.
