Charles Graeber, M.D.

Welcome to the NCH Healthcare System Internal Medicine Residency website. The NCH program has been developed in concert with our affiliate, the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, and is dedicated to individual mentoring and guidance of young medical graduates as they progress to expert doctors of internal medicine.

Twelve medical residents are recruited each year . All necessary resources are provided to our residents' success, including state of the art electronic medical records, simulation, intensive medical and cardiac care, and access to medical literature and board review. Involvement in preventative medicine with the Blue Zone Project and the nation's largest complement of concierge physicians will broaden each resident's experience. Additionally, our affiliation with Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science will offer expertise and guidance in virtually every area of medical education.

Our residents will become expert in both inpatient and outpatient care.  From the first day, you will be teaching 3rd and 4th year medical students from the University of Central Florida, and participating in daily conferences and ongoing mentored research and quality improvement projects.

I am very pleased to offer you the opportunity to explore our residency program, located in a resource filled community hospital in a spectacular setting in Southwest Florida, as we continue our transit ion to a top internal medicine training program.
